Amdon is business software for retail, service, inventory, messaging, and reporting workflows. Each shop is responsible for its own users, customer records, catalog content, taxes, receipts, and compliance choices.
Company administrators control staff access, integration credentials, receipt content, tax settings, vendor sync behavior, and exported accounting data for their workspace.
Integrations depend on credentials and permissions supplied by the shop. Amdon is not responsible for third-party outages, provider policy changes, or incorrect credentials.
Subscription billing, plan limits, and cancellation are managed through the configured billing provider. A shop may lose access to paid features if payment fails or a subscription is cancelled.
The software should be reviewed and configured before live use. Shops should verify receipts, tax settings, inventory behavior, vendor sync behavior, and exported accounting files before relying on them operationally.
