Privacy Policy

Last updated April 14, 2026

Amdon stores customer, sales, service, inventory, and communication data so shops can run daily operations. We use this data to provide the application, support customer workflows, and improve reliability.

Customer data belongs to the shop that entered it. Each company workspace is separated with company-level access controls, and staff users should only access records needed for their assigned work.

We do not sell customer data. Third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Gmail, Twilio, BigCommerce, ClickSend, Stripe, OpenAI, and payment or accounting tools may process data only as needed for configured product features.

SMS and email messages may be logged with customer records for service history, pickup coordination, and support. Customers can opt out of SMS by replying STOP where texting is enabled.

Shops are responsible for configuring their own customer consent, retention, and export practices for their jurisdiction. Requests about access, deletion, or correction should be sent to the shop that owns the data.
